Dr. Willie Vasquez Ng, MPA, PhD is a lifelong public servant, Master Peace Officer, and Texas business owner who has spent more than 30 years protecting the people of Texas. Raised in San Antonio, Willie built his career on service, integrity, and stepping up when others won’t.

From his decades in law enforcement to building a successful security company and founding a nonprofit that supports families in need, Willie has dedicated his life to strengthening the community he calls home. His leadership, faith, and perseverance — shaped in part by surviving stage 4 cancer — drive his commitment to lead and serve.
