Dr. Willie Ng, MPA, PhD, spent more than 30 years as a Master Peace Officer, federal task-force investigator, and Chief Criminal Investigator, then built a statewide company from the ground up.
Raised in San Antonio, Willie built his life around service, integrity, and stepping up when others won’t. His leadership was forged in high-stakes environments and tested through adversity, including surviving stage 4 cancer. Today he teaches leaders to decide under pressure, own the outcome, and lead with clarity.
